Thank you for supporting Markham Stouffville Hospital through the annual MSH Legacy 5k.

This is an exciting time for our community. We broke ground for our new building in December 2010 and construction is well underway.

Each year the Foundation reviews each event to ensure we are on track to reach our $50 million campaign goal.
We have decided not to host our MSH Legacy 5k event this year in order to take the time to re-evaluate and refresh the event. We look forward to sharing new event details with you in the near future.

In the meantime, we will continue to focus on the many schools who have embraced this event over the past 14 years.
This year we are asking schools to participate in the MSH 2012 School Challenge by hosting their own run/walk at their school. The same support network will be in place as students will receive t-shirts for raising pledges and both students and participating schools can win prizes. For those looking to continue to race and support the community, Angus Glen Golf & Country Club hosts a series of running events that benefits Markham Stouffville Hospital. From a Spring Ten Miler, Canada Day Five Miler and Half Marathon (which also includes 10K, 5k and kids 1K races) –- there are still many opportunities to help us meet the needs of our growing community.
